How to work with us?
What we have noticed over the years is that companies often have the idea that they need one person to come in and fix their problems.
Then you see what skillset they are looking for and wonder if they are looking for at least four people. Recognize this?
We are often a solution to that.
Our craftsman skills include analytics, strategy, conceptualization, web development, graphic design, communication strategy, SoMe content creation, copywriting, digital system integration and day-to-day-marketing tasks with enough seniority to understand when to put emphasis on what.

Examples of how we have worked
We share a manager position. We each work 50% in a setup that works with your organization. Double the skillset and
Project based. You have a problem, we solve it and estimate the time it takes to do it.
Days per week. You need long-term support and we agree on one or more days that are dedicated to you. On-or off-site.
Sprint. You need full-on support for a limited time and we push up our sleeves and dive right in.
Hour by hour. We might have done one of the above and you don’t need as much help anymore (probably because we did such a good job ;)) but might need the odd hour here and there of support.
